After receiving your request, a member of our team will verify availability and issue an invoice with payment instructions. A sale is considered final only after payment has been received and accepted by Garden State Timepieces.

Each timepiece undergoes a thorough inspection and verification process before being offered for sale.

7. Product Condition
As a seller of pre-owned luxury watches, normal signs of wear may be present unless otherwise stated.
We strive to accurately describe the condition, included accessories, box and papers, service history, and any notable cosmetic details. Buyers are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

8. Shipping & Delivery
All watches are shipped fully insured using secure shipping methods.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

9. Returns & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.
If a watch arrives materially different from its description, the buyer must notify Garden State Timepieces within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmed delivery.
Any approved return must be received in the same condition in which it was shipped, including all accessories, packaging, documentation, and protective materials.

10. Selling or Trading Watches
Offers made by Garden State Timepieces to purchase or trade a watch are based on the information provided by the seller.
Final offers are subject to inspection and authentication. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw an offer if the watch differs materially from its description or if authenticity cannot be verified.
